These terms cover Hakawati accounts, cloud saves, and the public scenario catalog. You can play without an account. The software itself is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.
Your account and content
You may create an account only if you can legally agree to these terms and authorize the required data processing without a parent or guardian.
Keep your sign-in details secure and respect service limits.
You keep your rights to your content. Uploading it gives Hakawati permission to store and process it to provide the features you use. Syncing a private tale does not make it public.
Only publish material you have permission to share. Publishing allows Hakawati to display and distribute the scenario through the catalog, and lets others download it and use or adapt it in their own tales. Removing it cannot recall those copies. These terms do not grant permission to republish the scenario elsewhere.
Using the service
Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts for rule violations, abuse, or security risks. You can ask for a decision to be reviewed at support@hakawati.net.
Keep backups of your tales. Hosted features may change, become unavailable, or close. We will give notice of significant planned changes where possible.
